An exciting week for us. We were approached by a film company to make a music video. The company Imagen Films , which we thought was extremely ironic because we recorded our album at Imagine Recording . As I looked through their site, I was totally impressed. These guys actually know what they are doing, plus they have a great artistic eye for capturing mood and energy.
So during last weekend, we rehearsed and talked about the video. We argued about what song would really make the grade. It finally came to pass that we decided that "Where have I Been" was the best multi-genre song. It has energy and pop apeal that still sounds cool enough to wear some funky ass clothes in. They are trying to work out a schedule to start the shoot by the end of April - early May.
We are rehearsing our ass off, which we are going to do another session 7pm - 10pm tonight. Our new songs: Make a stand, Hesitate and some other "no name" jams are really coming together. I can't believe how we can pull this crap out of our ass like that.
We got the proofs for our new CD "Space that binds" and Blake Gardner provided us with some killer shit. I can't say how much a good photographer can do for your image. We got an update on Blake coming to our Viper Room show to shoot us live. We will post that stuff up when we get them. |
