So magnifriends, this is Jon again with the latest going on in the relm of magnifier. I have a lot to talk about, with our concert, the video shoot and some other stuff.

First off, lets get down to the skinny... I just received three e-mails from three different companies. One company is a on-line music review site. Tess Egersdorfer from underdround press is wanting to give us review of our band. The company she works for is in South Africa and how they found us is beyond me. We are sending her a CD, but she is going to review from the music we have on-line.

Okay next... Bruce from Not Lame Records had this to say... "Back into town and catching up on email........ checked out your soundbites.

They sound very good and like they would be appealing to some of customers, as well! :-) Good job, Jon!

Send along a copy of the CD to the address below.....and include your email
in there and I'll back to you shortly after it arrives.

Look forward to hearing it here soon.....

Thanks for getting in touch,
Bruce" Okay so they aren't a major, but at least they are a distribution company that will give us a distribution channel to reach all the audiences.

Okay now let's talk about rock and roll... Our Viper Room show was freaken awesome. We exploded out on stage and the crowd was pumped. We broke through every song and broke a few ear drums or two. We had people dancing and rockin'. Our attendance was 87. We had a after party at the Hyatt, even after I signed a "no party waiver" at the front desk. It was kinda funny because after I signed it, I told the guy at the front desk, that we will only bring in around 30 people. He gave me a look as I walked away. I gave him a wink and blew him a kiss. So the after-party was well on it's way and I didn't make it home until 4am. I was extremely tired the next day.

Blake Gardner, once again, is the man of the hour. You can view the photos by clicking this link .

Finally... We met with Marty from Imagen Films and he watched our show. I guess he said he was blown away by our performance. He said that our music was great on-line, but we took it to a next level live. He wishes that he was able to film the Viper Room show, because it captured a lot of energy. So after our meeting with him, we saw his pitch on our video. I couldn't believe how well this guy wrote out what my song meant. He had it down to a "t" and we were all totally excited to move forward. He had a casting call and is meeting up with a girl that is flying all the way from Arizona to be in the video. I guess he has all the casting finished and the girls picked out.

Okay magnifans, I am getting tired of typing so I am going to jet. Later...
