May 10th - 31st , 2005
Okay so I was slacking on the weekly diary, but I was in Asia for two weeks. Well there has been a lot that happened in the last three weeks. A summary of many new friends, a lot of interests and new retailers selling our music.
First, let's get down to business. Our music video for "Where Have I Been" is finally completed. Marty and his crew at Imagen Films jump through ropes to get our video out . It is now completed and I am sure that many of you have already watched the video. They are working on the out takes, which should be ready in a couple of weeks. It is funny to see us on the screen and it seems that everyone enjoys watching us. When we have the out takes, we will post it on our web-site, so make sure that you keep checking in.
So now to our music. We are now on Tower Records, Amazon, CD Baby, Band Space, MSN Music, Sony Connect, MusicNet, MP3 Tunes, and Not Lame Records. They are selling our music on-line, so make sure to purchase through them in support of our band. So far, we have sold over 300 albums, but we see this getting better each month. Keep checking in to view even more stores that are selling our music every week.
There are 4 magazines that want to give us reviews on our music. Two of them are waiting for us to play locally so they can give us a live review and the other two are from other countries. They will write our reviews and send us the magazine.
So now let's go to myspace.com. With the help of many new friends and friends we already had, they have helped us promote our myspace account. From three weeks ago, we went from 225 friends to 395 friends. If any of the friends reading this helped us, we would love to give our deepest thanks. Everyone that helps us, we will always try to return the favor. The funny thing is that I try to answer each comment, message and add. I got some comments stating that most bands ignore people's comments. I can't imagine why you wouldn't reply to your comments, especially if these people are interested in your music. I mean isn't that what it's all about?
